High Flying Millefluer

This is Sparkle. She flies everywhere when ever she can. When she is free ranging I have seen her on the very top of the chicken coop roof. This makes me nervous because she is closer to the preditors of the sky. She is a booted bantam and very happy and content and a part of flock number two... so she is way down on the pecking order. She is the boss of no one... but she is one of James' 3 Bantam pullets and I know that Juliet will teach her how to brood and be a good mommy to all the adopted chicks she hatches. We have no interest in more bantams so it is very unlikely that she will ever hatch her own chicks.
